Very happy with Route One Car Sales. Got a great deal on my car and no problem when sorting out a little door lock issue which was missed when I bought it - it happens! Jack is a colourful character, but communication from him was first class from initial contact and consistent throughout, which is so important.

VW caddy 1.6 tdi
5 stars, accommodating every step of the way. Bought a van without seeing it in person, a video walkaround, and any marks highlighted that I would have seen in person but not on pictures. An 8-year-old commercial vehicle that arrived in as new condition. Couple of small dinks on it but so clean and tidy to some others I looked at.
